About the Event
Please join us as we celebrate National Engineers Week! Each year we gather together to celebrate engineering in our community. This year's theme is Imagining Tomorrow.
The Engineers Week Kick-off Luncheon starts off the celebration of Engineers Week for the Chattanooga Area. It is an event that highlights the contribution of engineering to the betterment of the world and encourages participants to recognize the importance of their work.
PDH Certificates: Certificates for Professional Development Hours (pdh) will be offered at the end of the luncheon. An announcement will be made then as to where to pick them up.
2021 Keynote Speaker
Robin Kemper | Sr. Risk Engineering Consultant
ZURICH SERVICES CORPORATION
Robin has built a career with an array of diverse and extensive structural engineering experience in design, analysis, and forensics focused on buildings. Her work has included being a project manager of both structural engineering and multi-discipline projects ranging from field investigations to field inspections during construction. She is vastly experienced in new construction, additions to buildings, historic projects, structural condition surveys, analysis and retrofitting of existing buildings, response to failures, forensics, expert testimony, and installation of solar projects.
Mrs. Kemper is currently a professional engineer in NJ, PA, NY, MA, TX, OK and is a member of NCEES. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional and certified as a NJ Special Inspector.
