Supervisor Essential Knowledge

8 (3 Hour) Modules

Delivered once week for eight weeks.

This course is designed to strengthen a supervisor’s skills by helping participants overcome many of the challenges they may encounter as a leader. Participants will grow their understanding of responsible leadership and high-performance leadership of teams and explore the basic skills needed to effectively manage a workgroup. This course requires 1-2 pre-meetings with management to ensure company policies are accurately reflected and appropriate contacts and protocol are incorporated.

Supervisors, team leaders, and coordinators that are new to their position.

Intercultural Training

3 (4 Hour) Modules

Delivered over two consecutive days.

Global competency, the ability to navigate cross-cultural differences to communicate successfully, is a fundamental element of international business success. All aspects of business, including relationship building and problem-solving, are impacted by culture. Cross-Cultural Training has become a standard component in the talent management and development strategies of many leading organizations. After completing this course, participants will be prepared to work effectively within a multi-cultural team, understand different cultural interactions and become culturally competent.

Anyone who handles intercultural communication, deals with clients in other countries or works on international projects.

Train the Trainer

4 (3.5 Hour) Modules

Delivered over two consecutive days.

Improve OJT through modeling of best practices and latest techniques in training delivery. This workshop covers the 4Ps of training: Purpose & Assessment, Planning & Preparation, Presentation & Facilitation, and Performance & Evaluation. New trainers will gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and seasoned trainers will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training.

Any role that delivers training to adult learners.

Diversity & Inclusion

3.5 Hours

Delivered in half a day.

While organizations are developing diversity and inclusion initiatives at different paces, it is clear that these initiatives are increasingly becoming embedded into organizations as a core business goal.
