After completing this course, participants will be able to build better work relationships within the team and promote more effective communication between team members.  This course sets the foundation for effective teams by delving into the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. The remainder of the course focuses on trust and the relationship to respect and credibility. This course incorporates a related team building activity.

Leading the Smart Factory Worker explores the shifting workforce dynamics in Industry 4.0, where technical expertise and digital proficiency are essential for success.
